Weekend Project: Quiche

Made this today for Faiza. She requested for chicken & mushroom quiche but since Awan is not a big mushroom fan, I decided to make another one without mushrooms.

Mama offered to make the crust, something she's definitely a pro at.

Chicken, Tomato and Cheese Quiche

This one may look simple but the flavor from the cheddar cheese just rounds up the whole quiche experience!

Nutella Ravioli for that sweet serendipity

I may not have tried the Nutella Ravioli from Serai but I guess it shouldn't be that difficult to make my own.

One can never go wrong with Nutella  =)

Brunch: Summer Grilled Chicken Focaccia

Finally, it's time i think my foods take center stage. 

Was walking in Cold CStorage the other day when I saw a this focaccia in a pack of 2. I instantly thought of rocket, and a bunch of other things that i can whip up with it. 

So i came up with this :)

There's grilled chicken breasts, mushrooms, eggplants, zucchini, tomatoes.

Can't resist on adding some garlic alfalfa sprouts for that extra kick
